PRIMÆR is a vision shared by two brothers to unify urban-style fashion and apparel with the beautiful intricacies of tattoo art and culture. Their love of both elements has motivated them to breathe life into this unique brand.

  • Paulo Luis, Co-Owner

    Paulo is a versatile artist, graphic designer, mural artist, and a well-known tattoo artist in the Bay Area.

  • Valentino Luis, Co-Owner

    Valentino has an MBA in Business and a Bachelor's in Marketing and is a serial entrepreneur. He is currently a Health Systems Consultant.
